About:

When I landed in Phoenix in 1997, I thought it would be a two to three year stop. I took a risk and moved to the Valley of the Sun from Omaha, Nebraska.. It is hard to believe the metro area was only half the size it is now. Growing up in the Midwest (Fremont, NE) was fantastic. Little did I know I would fall in love with Phoenix housing. From starter homes to Paradise Valley luxury, I have been blessed with buyers and sellers from every walk of life. My real estate journey began with getting my license in 2003. The stars aligned when I joined Morrison Homes as a salesperson. I grew up around new construction as my father was a builder in Nebraska. Now I had a chance to sell for a national builder in Phoenix. And what a wonderful time it was! I loved every bit of it. Within my first year I made President's Circle and national production honors. As time went on, the market went through a very bad turn in the late 2000s. I fell into a new position helping negotiate "short sales" and helped sellers through some very rough times. Down the road these folks remembered me when they could buy again. My business took off and the rest is history. This background during ups and downs in the market has helped me to provide valuable insight to clients regarding pricing, history, trends, and future forecasting for buyers and sellers. Several years ago I partnered up with Mike Korzen so we could collaborate and tackle the ever changing real estate market. Since 2020 we have done over $110 million in sales. And we provide our clients the knowledge of two specialists who can assist buyers and sellers with their housing needs. We also are part of Nebraska Realty in the Omaha area. So we work both markets and also enjoy helping our fellow Nebraskans find their second homes in Arizona (Phoenix/Scottsdale metro, Prescott, Sedona). We are known as the Classic Partners. We strive to offer classic service and relationship building with all those we meet. As the world moves forward into a new digital age, we aim to make sure the classic personal touches and warmth of valuing people continue. We want to be your Arizona realtors. (And Nebraska realtors too!)
