Martha Appel, Designated Broker, brings over 35 years of leadership in Arizona real estate. With a background that includes nearly two decades as Vice President and Designated Broker for one of the state's top firms, she brings extensive leadership and compliance expertise to her role and is known for her long-standing history of consistent involvement in shaping real estate policy across Arizona.

Greg Hollman, Brokerage Advisor, offers more than 35 years of executive leadership experience in residential real estate. As the former President of one of Arizona’s largest brokerages, and with past roles as Regional Vice President and Branch Manager, Greg brings a 360-degree perspective on brokerage operations, agent success, and scalable growth.

Buck James Callery, Branch Manager  – Green Valley, is a respected industry veteran of the Arizona real estate industry with decades of experience in Southern Arizona. At Embarc, he fosters a collaborative culture and provides hands-on support to agents, ensuring a high standard of service and performance in the Green Valley region.

Laurie Lundeen, REALTOR®, is one of Arizona’s most distinguished real estate professionals, consistently recognized at the highest levels of the industry.
