Martha has built her career leading brokerage operations at the highest level. She spent nearly two decades as Vice President and Designated Broker for one of Arizona’s largest residential real estate firms, overseeing brokerage compliance, contract enforcement, and agent operations. Her early career included work as Director of Broker Relations and Legal Liaison, providing her with a foundational understanding of both legal frameworks and agent support systems.

Beyond her leadership inside brokerages, Martha has had a large impact on the broader real estate industry. For over 20 years, she has served on key committees for the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, including chairing the Risk Management Committee and playing an instrumental role in statewide contract revisions and professional standards development. Her commitment to policy work has helped shape the standards and frameworks that guide Arizona’s real estate practices today.
